Data Driven: Track and analyze metrics and performance targets across social channels and company sales through weekly and monthly reports. Use these insights to enhance channel performance and identify business opportunities.
Creators and Influencers: Work with creators and influencers to explore new social media formats. Conduct research, develop proposals, and build relationships.
Budget Planning and Execution: Plan and manage the budget in line with branding and social media plans. Handle budget submissions, POs, and adjustments.
Brandformance: Ensure branding content aligns with performance goals, amplifying messages and targeting specific audiences to boost conversions alongside awareness.
Trends Research: Stay updated on market trends and culture. Conduct ongoing research and empower the team with creative workshops.
Brand Campaigns: Define campaign objectives, develop concepts and messaging, and strategize across online and offline touchpoints, including social media, paid media, CRM, partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, onsite, app, events, and client communication.
